THe mission
Young Musicians face many barriers to entry when trying to enter the music field. These can be anywhere from sexual orientation, gender identity, race to physical ability. Cordero Music seeks to tear down those barriers and provide all young musicians with the tools to succeed in the music industry.
We offer sponsored private lessons with vetted music coaches. Musicians can take these lessons during their music elective in school (with permission of their teacher), at home, or at the coach’s studio space.
We offer sponsored musical instruments! Musicians who can’t afford a quality instrument must submit an application with essay questions answered and one recommendation letter from a mentor, teacher, coach, or family member. Musicians are then provided with the equipment they need to be successful.

Summer Youth Music Festival
This is taking place on June 29th, 2024 in St. Petersburg, FL. Musicians aged 14-20yo are open to enter. There is no entry fee to participate. There will also be food vendors as well as merch/artisan vendors. Tickets will be going on sale shortly. Check back at the end of April for more info!

Same as above; in addition, a free vendor spot at the festival and free VIP package which includes a festival merch package (t-shirt, poster, tote bag, lanyard, 2 drink tickets, 2 food tickets, preferred seating, backstage pass, VIP preview night pass, VIP parking)

Host a band to perform on stage, could be youth or professional. The band would do a shout out from the stage as well as featuring the business on their social media page. This level would also contain the same rewards as the silver sponsorship. Programming would include the business name as a sponsor for the band.
